The New Plan
Here goes the new plan for my training.
5am - wake up and do 50 min of cardio
6am - breakfast: 8 eggs, oatmeal with 2 scoops of designer protein
8am - 2 handfuls of almonds and raisins
10am - protein shake, rice cakes with peanut butter
1pm - 10oz of chicken, baked potato, and leafy greens
3pm - protein shake
4pm - 2 hours of cardio
6pm - protein shake
7pm - 10oz of chicken, baked potato, leafy greens
